Over the past several months, suppliers of every product line we carry have been sending a steady stream of price increase letters, citing raw material costs as the driving factor.  The steel mills have announced a sizeable increase for the second and third quarter of 2010.  As a result, we are forced to increase our prices in our steel categories.

Increases taking effect for orders on or after June 1, 2010 are as follows:  

• Steel Pail/Covers                     3.5%
• Steel Drums                            3.5%
• Reconditioned Steel Drums    3.5%

Please be assured that U.S. Container Corp. has taken the necessary steps to secure supply for all our customers.  All of our warehouses are stocked at the appropriate levels to supply your needs.
